Statement on the Bondi Beach Tragedy
We express our deepest sorrow and condemnation of the senseless attack at Bondi Beach. This act of violence has shaken families, friends, and communities across Australia and beyond. Our hearts are with the victims, the injured, and all those traumatised by these events. We stand in solidarity with them during this painful time.
From the teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and the values upheld by Gobind Sarvar Limited and the HKL movement, we affirm the sacredness of every human life. Violence has no place in a society rooted in compassion, humility, and love. Moments like this remind us how urgently the world needs these principles—not as abstract ideals, but as living forces guiding how we treat one another.
HKL exists to nurture humanity’s better nature: to help communities choose kindness over cruelty, understanding over fear, and unity over division. Today’s tragedy only strengthens our commitment to that work.
We pray for healing, for strength, and for a renewed collective dedication to creating a world where such pain is never repeated.

What does Gobind Sarvar offer?
Gurmat School
Gobind Sarvar’s Gurmat School is an after-school program which runs in the evenings seven days a week to teach students Gurmukhi, Keertan, Tabla, Gatka, Sikh History, and Meditation. Please click the link below to register your children (Ages 4+).
Primary School
Gobind Sarvar currently has 13 Primary & High Schools throughout the world. Sydney will have it’s first Sikh Primary School in January of 2026 (tentative). Please click the link below to submit your Expression of Interest!
High School
Gobind Sarvar High School for K-6 is in the near future with preliminary plans drafted and sites in process of acquisition. This campus will be an establishment which inspires and nurtures the young futures of many adolescents.
